How does the saying go? Do unto others…… well, when I encourage others to invest in real estate, I think now is the perfect time to do that. With interest rates at their lowest, prices are fantastic and Camano Island is awesome, there is no end to where this may go. So, I just bought a view lot that I consider to be a very good investment. Living across the street from this new investment, eventually, I will have a nice vacation rental that will be fully furnished. I don’t know if they will know the landlord lives across the street, but time will tell. Smiles! I am excited for this new venture and it might take several years or several months, but when the timing is right, it will happen.
I did make the first step and I welcome you to do the same.

Welcome Baby Berlyn!

On April 16th, Berlyn J. made her entrance into the world. And despite my eagerly awaiting her arrival for months, then weeks, and then days… she came so quick, I missed it by five minutes!
